1. Folding Design Doubles Space Utilization.

Utilizing a user-friendly folding structure, it can be quickly folded away when not in use, significantly reducing its volume (the folded height can be reduced to approximately 1/3 of the original height, depending on the actual structure), effectively doubling storage space utilization. The folding joints use food-grade 304 stainless steel hinges, eliminating hard-to-reach areas for dirt and grime, and facilitating easy disassembly and cleaning. It fully meets the core requirements of GMP certification for equipment cleanliness and ease of cleaning. When not in use, it can be stacked for storage without taking up extra space, and can also be stacked for bulk transport when the cart is empty.

2. Multi-layered Partitions and an Open Cage Design Provide Efficient Storage and Loading/Unloading.

The main body of the cage is a fully open stainless steel frame structure. The transparent design facilitates observation and retrieval of materials during loading and unloading, while ensuring ventilation and moisture protection for materials during transport. It also allows for rapid cleaning and disinfection of the inside and outside of the cage, meeting the cleanroom management requirements of GMP workshops. Equipped with multi-layered, detachable stainless steel partitions, the partitions are evenly spaced and have excellent load-bearing capacity (single layer load capacity up to 50-100kg, customized to specific needs). The number of layers can be flexibly adjusted or disassembled according to material size, enabling classified storage and layered loading and unloading of materials of different specifications, significantly improving operational efficiency.

3. Size (mm): L1120*W660*H1700, size can be customized.

The main body of the vehicle is made of 304/316L stainless steel, with a brushed and polished surface, free of burrs and exposed welds, avoiding the risk of material contamination, and fully meeting GMP certified material and process standards. Full-size customization service is supported. Length, width, height, number of partition layers, and spacing can be precisely adjusted according to actual material specifications (such as pallet size, bin height, etc.), workshop aisle width, and storage space limitations to adapt to personalized scenario requirements.
