The sealing lid and tank use a snap-fit fixing structure, ensuring a secure and stable seal after closure. The sealing lid can be quickly opened and closed for convenient operation, and both the lid and gasket are removable for cleaning, eliminating unsanitary areas. 2. Reinforced Double Handles: Easy to Lift and Prevents Slipping.
The water tank is equipped with integrated reinforced double handles on both sides, forged from solid 304 stainless steel and seamlessly welded to the tank body. This high-strength structure can withstand the entire weight of the tank when full, eliminating the risk of handle breakage or deformation during handling. The handle surface features a non-slip textured finish, increasing friction between the hand and handle, ensuring a secure grip even in wet environments or when wearing protective gloves, preventing slippage. Simultaneously, the handles are ergonomically designed, with a grip arc conforming to the palm's contour, distributing stress points during handling and reducing operator hand fatigue, suitable for frequent movement and transfer scenarios. The connection between the handle and the water tank has no sharp edges; it is smoothly polished to prevent scratches to operators and eliminates hard-to-clean areas, facilitating cleaning and disinfection, meeting GMP requirements for both equipment safety and cleanliness.

For special needs such as highly corrosive environments and high-purity media storage, we support customization with 316L stainless steel. 316L stainless steel, based on 304, incorporates molybdenum, resulting in superior corrosion resistance and acid/alkali resistance. It can withstand harsh conditions such as chlorine corrosion and chemical reagent erosion, making it suitable for storing high-purity pharmaceutical solutions and corrosive raw materials. The customized water tank surface also features a mirror-polished finish, enhancing cleanliness, improving wear resistance, and extending service life. The entire production process adheres to GMP standards, with raw materials and processing techniques undergoing compliant testing to ensure safe use.

The scientifically designed dimensions balance storage capacity and ease of use: the 500mm diameter ensures stable placement of the water tank, fitting standard shelves and workbenches; the 500mm height provides ample storage volume while facilitating easy opening and closing of the sealing cap and access to internal media without the need for additional tools.
