Each drawer comes standard with a customized PVC injection-molded case. The case is made of food-grade PVC material in a single injection molding process, with no seams and no odor emissions, meeting GMP requirements for storage containers used in contact with pharmaceutical production equipment. The case is divided into compartments based on the standard dimensions of tablet punches. Each compartment is precisely calculated to stably hold one tablet punch, with each case holding 40 punches. Twelve drawers combined with the cases can hold a total of 480 tablet punches, achieving standardized and precise classification and storage. The case surface is treated with anti-static agents to effectively prevent dust and impurities from being attracted to the punches due to static electricity. The rounded edges of the compartments prevent damage from bumps and knocks when handling the punches. The cases are secured to the drawers with snap-fit mechanisms for easy access. They can also be removed individually for cleaning and disinfection, further enhancing the cleanliness of the stored molds.
