The trolley doors feature an innovative double-sided symmetrical design, allowing each door to open 270° unobstructed. Once opened, they fit snugly against the side of the trolley, without occupying extra operating space. Whether placed against a wall on one side or with multiple people working together to load and unload materials on both sides, unobstructed operation is possible. The door edges are rounded to eliminate the risk of sharp-edged scratches. The locking mechanism ensures a tight seal between the door and the container, effectively preventing external dust and impurities from entering and ensuring the cleanliness of the materials inside. The locking device is easy to operate; simply rotate to lock and unlock, meeting the stringent GMP requirements for the airtightness of material storage.
3. The internal shelves and steel grid are height-adjustable.
The container is equipped with multiple shelves and a steel grid. Both the shelves and the grid are made of thickened steel plates, ensuring stable load-bearing capacity. A single shelf can support up to 80kg of materials. The inner walls of both sides of the box have pre-set equidistant adjustment holes, allowing the shelves and grids to be freely adjusted in height according to the height and size of the materials. This adapts to the layered storage needs of materials of different specifications, from small reagent bottles and medical devices to large packaged semi-finished products. The layered storage design not only improves the utilization of the box space but also enables the classified storage of materials, avoiding cross-contamination and meeting GMP requirements for material zoning management. The steel grid shelves combine ventilation and visibility, facilitating observation of the material storage status and promoting cleaning and disinfection without any unsanitary corners.
4. Anti-collision rubber bumpers are installed around the box truck.
The bottom edges of the trolley are all embedded with food-grade rubber bumpers that are resistant to aging and chemical corrosion, meeting medical-grade hygiene standards. During transport within the cleanroom, in the event of minor collisions between the trolley and equipment or walls, the cushioning pads effectively absorb the impact, preventing deformation of the container or damage to the paint, while also preventing debris from contaminating the environment. The cushioning pads at the door closures also enhance the seal between the door and the container, further improving the cleanliness and protection of the materials inside, fully adapting to the environmental requirements of clean areas.
