    This stainless steel platform is specifically designed for equipment placement, material handling, and operational tasks in GMP-certified environments. It features an integrated fixed base structure, addressing the core requirements of "stable load-bearing capacity and long-term durability." The base and platform panel are seamlessly connected via CNC welding. The welds are inspected for flaws, achieving a tensile strength ≥500MPa, allowing for stable and evenly distributed heavy loads (standard models ≥500kg, customized models can exceed 1000kg), eliminating the risk of wobbling, deformation, or displacement during use. It is suitable for placing various heavy objects such as pharmaceutical equipment, heavy materials, and laboratory instruments. The base uses thickened 304 stainless steel plates with multiple evenly distributed reinforcing ribs to further distribute stress and enhance structural stability and impact resistance. The bottom contact area with the ground uses anti-slip and wear-resistant pads (stainless steel feet or food-grade rubber pads are optional), preventing scratches and increasing friction for improved overall stability. Meanwhile, the fixed structure has no loose parts and no unsanitary corners, facilitating cleaning and disinfection. It fully complies with the stringent GMP certification standards for equipment structural stability and cleanliness, and can withstand long-term, high-frequency use and material collisions in harsh working conditions.


    2. Diamond-shaped anti-slip grooves on the surface: Anti-slip surface, ensuring safe operation.

    The platform panel surface features a precision embossing process to create diamond-shaped anti-slip grooves, meeting the key GMP certification requirements of "operational safety and prevention of accidental slippage." The grooves are regularly distributed in a diamond shape, forming a dense and uniform anti-slip structure, significantly increasing the friction between the panel and contact surfaces (materials, shoe soles, equipment base)—effectively preventing material slippage and personnel slipping even in humid environments with chemical residues or oil stains. It is particularly suitable for scenarios requiring standing operation and frequent material transfer. The diamond-pattern design balances practicality and ease of cleaning. The moderately wide grooves ensure a non-slip surface without accumulating dirt or dust. Cleaning is simple: just rinse with water, use a high-pressure water gun, or wipe with alcohol to quickly remove residue, leaving no blind spots. The panel surface undergoes a dual treatment of mechanical polishing and electrochemical polishing before embossing, resulting in smooth, burr-free edges that prevent scratches to materials, equipment, or operators. This meets GMP certification requirements for surface safety and the absence of contaminant leaching.


    3. Edge protection: Improves operating efficiency and safety.

    The platform features an integrated edge protection structure. Through a dual design of "raised edge + rounded finish," it enhances operational safety and optimizes work efficiency, perfectly meeting GMP certification standards. The edge guards are integrally molded with the panel, forming a surrounding protective barrier that effectively prevents materials, tools, and equipment placed on the platform from accidentally slipping off. This is particularly suitable for scenarios such as temporary material storage and equipment placement, reducing material loss and the risk of accidents. Meanwhile, the outer surface is finely polished and smooth, without any sharp edges, preventing scratches to operators, materials, or equipment, and facilitating cleaning and disinfection with no unsanitary corners. The edge protection structure does not affect material loading and unloading or equipment placement; instead, it guides materials to be placed neatly, improving the platform's space utilization. It is suitable for high-frequency scenarios such as workshop assembly line operations and precise laboratory operations, balancing safety and practicality.


    4. Size can be customized.

    The customization process is standardized and efficient: requirements communication → parameter confirmation → drawing design → sample verification (optional) → mass production → finished product testing → delivery and use. Full technical support is provided to ensure that customized products accurately match actual needs. All customized products use 304 stainless steel as the base material (316L material upgrade supported). The production process strictly follows GMP certification requirements, with no unsanitary corners, a smooth and easy-to-clean surface, and dimensional accuracy error ≤ ±1mm. Load-bearing capacity, anti-slip effect, and safety protection have all undergone multiple tests to ensure suitability for fields with extremely high cleanliness and compliance requirements, such as pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, and bioengineering.
