This measuring cup is specifically designed for accurate measurement and temporary storage in GMP-certified environments. Equipped with an integrated sealing lid, it achieves three core functions: dustproof, contamination-proof, and easy to store. The sealing lid and measuring cup mouth feature a 1:1 precise fit embedded design, forming a fully enclosed protective space when closed. This effectively prevents airborne dust, microorganisms, and moisture from entering, avoiding moisture, contamination, or bacterial growth of residual media (such as medicines, food ingredients, and reagents) inside the measuring cup. This perfectly meets the stringent GMP requirements for "cleanliness of stored media." Simultaneously, the sealing lid uses a snap-on design for easy opening and closing; it can be unlocked with one hand and remains securely closed, preventing leakage even during transport. The lid is completely removable for comprehensive cleaning and disinfection, eliminating any unsanitary corners. The lid design also allows for stacking of the measuring cups, significantly saving storage and workbench space, improving storage tidiness, and making it suitable for high-frequency use scenarios such as laboratories and workshops.

For special needs such as measuring highly corrosive media (e.g., acidic/alkaline reagents, chlorine-containing solutions) and high-purity media (e.g., biological agents, high-end pharmaceutical raw materials), customization with 316L stainless steel is supported. Customized products also meet GMP certification requirements. 316L material, based on 304 stainless steel, incorporates molybdenum (≥2% molybdenum content), significantly improving its resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, and acid and alkali corrosion. It can withstand harsh working conditions for extended periods without rusting or deterioration.
