1. Fully Arc-Shaped Lattice Design, No Blind Spots & Easy to Clean
Adopting integrated forging process for fully arc-shaped lattice, the inner side, corners and cabinet joints of the lattice are all smooth arc transitions, completely eliminating dust and dirt dead corners of traditional right-angle structures, fully meeting the core requirement of "dead-corner-free cleaning" for GMP certification. The surface of 304 stainless steel is mirror-polished, smooth and non-porous without adsorbing impurities. It can be cleaned by simply wiping with a dust-free cloth and purified water without special tools, greatly reducing the cleaning workload of clean workshops.
2. Sealable Door Design, Dustproof & Moistureproof for Clean Storage
Each compartment is equipped with an independent sealable door. The joint between the door and the cabinet is inlaid with GMP-certified food-grade silicone rubber sealing strips. After closing, a fully airtight protective barrier is formed, which can effectively block dust, water vapor and microorganisms in the clean workshop environment from entering, maintaining the cleanliness of the internal storage environment at the hundred-level standard and ensuring that clean clothes and other items are not subject to secondary pollution. The door is made of 304 stainless steel, acid-alkali resistant and corrosion-resistant, and can withstand high-frequency disinfection operations such as 75% alcohol and chlorine-containing disinfectants, and is not easy to deform and age after long-term use.

The door or side panel of each compartment is marked with a unique identifier (customizable number, responsible person, stored item type, etc.) using laser coding technology. The identifier is clear, wear-resistant and not easy to fall off, which can effectively realize the precise management mode of "one compartment, one code, one traceability". Staff can quickly locate the corresponding compartment through the identifier, improving the efficiency of item access by 40%. At the same time, it is convenient for item inventory, traceability and responsibility division in clean workshops, meeting GMP compliance management requirements.
4. Sloped Roof Design & Scenario Adaptation, Dustproof & Flexible
The top of the cabinet adopts an integrated 304 stainless steel sloped roof design, combined with seamless welding technology, avoiding dust and water accumulation problems of traditional flat roof structures. Dust and condensed water can slide down naturally along the slope, and can be cleaned by simple wiping, adapting to the efficient cleaning needs of clean workshops. The product is accurately adapted to the layout of secondary changing rooms.
