1. Independent Compartments, One per Person for Easy Management
Adopting a precise modular independent compartment layout, strictly adhering to the "one person, one compartment, one label" cleanroom management standard, each compartment allows for dedicated storage, physically eliminating cross-contamination of cleanroom supplies among different personnel and reducing the risk of cross-contamination at its source. The main body of the compartment is made of 304 stainless steel through a one-piece forging process, with a surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm, free of pores and burrs, and does not attract dust or microorganisms. All edges and corners feature a 5mm rounded corner design, combined with seamless welding between the compartment and the cabinet, completely eliminating the dust and dirt accumulation dead corners of traditional wardrobes, fully meeting the core requirement of "no dead corners" in GMP certification. Cleaning only requires a lint-free cloth dampened with purified water or 75% medical alcohol to gently wipe, completing the cleaning of a single compartment within 30 seconds. The material is resistant to repeated disinfection and poses no risk of chemical residue. The internal height of each compartment is adapted to the hanging requirements of cleanroom garments, and detachable stainless steel hooks (optional) can be added to prevent clothing from piling up and wrinkling, thus maintaining cleanliness.
2. Sloped Roof Design, Dustproof & Easy to Clean
The top of the cabinet adopts an integrated 304 stainless steel sloped roof design. The 45° scientific inclination angle has been verified by actual tests in clean scenarios, ensuring that dust, condensed water and tiny debris can slide down quickly along the slope to the dust collection grooves (optional) on both sides of the cabinet, completely solving the pain points of traditional flat-top wardrobes such as "difficult to clean dust on the top and microbial growth due to water accumulation". The sloped roof and the cabinet main body adopt laser seamless welding process, and the weld is smooth and passivated, with no welding slag residue, avoiding microbial adhesion and growth. No climbing is required for cleaning; it can be done by simply sweeping along the slope with a long-handled dust-free brush. Combined with the detachable design of the dust collection groove, the cleaning efficiency is increased by more than 60% compared with traditional flat-top wardrobes, greatly reducing the workload and operation and maintenance costs of cleaning staff in clean workshops. In addition, the sloped roof design can also optimize the space ventilation effect of the secondary changing room, reduce air stagnation on the top of the cabinet, and assist in maintaining the clean level of the workshop.
3. Scenario Adaptation & Flexible Customization
The product structure is optimized for the "clean transition" scenario of secondary changing rooms: the cabinet depth of 450mm is suitable for the width of the workshop channel, without occupying the main passage space; the doorless open design combined with the independent compartment layout not only ensures the convenience of accessing clean items, but also avoids item falling and contamination through physical separation of compartments. The standard size is 1200mm (L) × 450mm (W) × (1800+150)mm (H, including roof height), and the single compartment size is 275mm (L) × 275mm (W) × 1800mm (H). A single compartment can easily accommodate 1 set of hanging clean clothes (including hat and shoe cover) + 1 pair of sterile work shoes, fully meeting the storage needs of single-person clean items. Comprehensive GMP customization services are supported: in terms of size, the overall length, width and height can be adjusted according to the workshop space, and the single compartment size can be customized in the range of 200-400mm (L) and 200-350mm (W); in terms of material, it can be upgraded to 316L stainless steel (suitable for high-corrosion disinfection scenarios such as biopharmaceutical workshops); in terms of functions, laser coding marking (realizing "one code per compartment" traceability management) and stainless steel nameplates (marking responsible person information) can be added; in terms of appearance, two surface treatments of brushed matte or mirror polished are available, adapting to different workshop decoration styles and ensuring the product perfectly matches the use scenario.
