1. The countertop is fitted with a non-slip rubber mat.
This stainless steel non-slip footrest/step stool is designed for GMP-certified scenarios involving working at heights (such as equipment maintenance, material handling, and shelf access). The core of the countertop is equipped with a food-grade non-slip rubber mat, precisely addressing the critical safety requirement of "preventing slippage during work at heights." The rubber mat is made of high-density, wear-resistant material with a regularly patterned non-slip texture, significantly increasing friction between the feet and the countertop. Even in wet conditions, with residual chemicals, or when wearing protective shoe covers, it effectively prevents slipping, providing a solid safety barrier for work at heights. The rubber mat is tightly bonded to the countertop using food-grade environmentally friendly adhesive, eliminating the risk of warping or detachment. Its edges are rounded and perfectly flush with the countertop, preventing snagging on clothing or protective gear. Furthermore, the rubber mat is resistant to acids, alkalis, and alcohol disinfection, allowing it to withstand high-frequency cleaning and disinfection under GMP conditions (such as alcohol wiping and rinsing with water). It does not age or deform, fully meeting the stringent GMP certification requirements for equipment anti-slip properties and cleanliness.
2. The four legs have silicone covers to prevent scratches.
The bottom of each of the four legs of the step stool is equipped with food-grade silicone protective covers, providing a dual function of "protecting the floor and enhancing stability." The silicone sleeve is made of highly elastic, wear-resistant silicone, which is soft and has strong adhesion. When in contact with the ground, it effectively increases friction, further enhancing the stability of the step stool and preventing shifting or wobbling during use. Simultaneously, the silicone sleeve isolates the stainless steel legs from direct contact with the ground, completely eliminating the risk of the legs scratching the floor (such as epoxy flooring, ceramic tiles, or laboratory floors). This is especially suitable for GMP-compliant environments with extremely high requirements for floor cleanliness and integrity. The silicone sleeve and legs use an interference fit design, ensuring a secure installation that is not easily detached. The non-porous surface does not absorb stains, allowing for direct wiping or disassembly for cleaning, eliminating any hard-to-reach areas. The connection between the legs and the worktable is seamlessly joined using CNC welding, and the welded areas are smoothed with rounded edges, preventing scratches to operators and meeting GMP certification standards for equipment structural safety and the absence of contaminant leaching.
3. Size (mm): L600*W400*H150, size can be customized.
