2. Stainless steel wheels with brakes for smooth operation.
Equipped with five 304 stainless steel silent wheels, the wheels are made of chemically resistant, highly wear-resistant medical-grade rubber. The noise level during operation is ≤50dB, suitable for low-noise environments such as GMP cleanrooms and laboratories. The wheel assembly integrates a linked braking mechanism with a convenient foot-operated brake pedal. After braking, the wheels lock firmly, resisting external forces and preventing slippage. This ensures safety during stationary operation or transport, balancing mobility and stability.
3. Size (mm): L445*W400*H795-1310, size can be customized.
The main body, tabletop, and support frame of the shelving unit are all made of 304/316L food-grade stainless steel with a brushed and polished surface. The surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm is free of burrs and exposed welds. It can withstand rinsing with 85℃ hot water and wiping with disinfectants such as alcohol and peracetic acid, meeting GMP material and cleaning/disinfection requirements. Full customization is supported. The length, width, lifting height range, and structural strength can be adjusted according to material specifications (such as tray size, reagent rack height), workshop aisle width, and load-bearing requirements to adapt to individual operating scenarios.
