1. Flexible and mobile design: Quiet and smooth, adaptable to various locations.

Utilizing a one-piece molded frame made entirely of 304 stainless steel, the structure is compact and evenly weight-bearing. Combined with silent rubber wheels and precision bushings, noise levels are ≤45dB during movement, achieving an extremely quiet and stable performance. The frame has no protruding weld points or right-angled structures that trap dirt. The brushed and polished surface is easy to clean and disinfect. Suitable for demanding GMP environments such as pharmaceutical cleanrooms, food processing workshops, aseptic laboratories, and medical device warehouses, it can also be used in general warehousing and logistics transfers, catering to both professional and general needs.

2. Optional fence design: Safety protection to prevent items from falling.

Supports the installation of 304 stainless steel guardrails. These guardrails effectively prevent stacked materials from tipping over and irregularly shaped materials from sliding. Suitable for the transfer of various material formats, including bottles, boxes, and bags, enhancing safety while meeting GMP cleanliness requirements.

3. Universal wheels with brakes: Flexible and stable design.

Equipped with four high-load-bearing universal wheels, featuring natural rubber treads and stainless steel frames, providing 360° steering capability and easily handling complex scenarios such as narrow passages and right-angle turns. The wheelset integrates a dual-plate braking mechanism with a short-travel, light-force, and highly reliable wheel lock-up after braking.

4. Size can be customized.

The work surface can bear up to 300kg, meeting the needs of bulk material handling. Full customization is supported; dimensions (length, width, height), wheel type, and guardrail structure can be adjusted according to material specifications (such as pallet size and bin diameter), workshop aisle width, and cleanliness requirements to perfectly adapt to individual usage scenarios.
